Cooper is a super underwritten character in ben 10 classic. As the series goes on Cooper evolves just like the rest of the characters. He goes from shy kid to chubby basement dweller, with a serious crush on Gwen he has a glow up in ultimate alien and he is mainly missing from omniverse. He is in a flash back where they retroactively add the gwen crush. Cooper is a very underused character, i think it’s because he is introduced in the negative 10 two parter, the most cramped two episodes in all of ben 10 classic. Season 4 was being developed alongside alien force, and Cooper has a major sub plot in that first arc. So I kind of think cooper was added in retroactively to give ben and gwen a history with him. They introduce his powers and he gets mind controlled, and he spends the climax of the episode in the wall. Also speaking of powers, he is confirmed to be a mutant, even though his grandpa was a plumber. Maybe his grandpa had those powers too and it made him a great plumber.
