His laser eye produces a red beam that can cut through anything. Tim's power is elasticity, making his body taller and thinner than usual. Jerry's appearance changes to resemble a rock, with a tough, rounded, and cracked exterior. He can eat anything and roll around in his new form. The last Mega Minion, Gus, gains the power of flight. His head becomes cone-shaped, allowing him to soar through the air. According to co-director Chris Renaud, their powers are loosely inspired by Marvel’s Fantastic Four.
