Clearly, the writers of Rugrats wanted to prove to all children that the blessing of a baby sibling isn't so bad after all!
Unfortunately, in an effort to make their point, they presented us with repeated scenes of a massive baby with an old man's voice chewing on cars and dripping drool over the highway.

URSULA// THE LITTLE MERMAID
The only thing more frightening than Ursula’s tacky blue eyeshadow in The Little Mermaid was the fear that she’d show up in your bathtub and magic you into one of her poor unfortunate souls,
even if you were pretty positive you never signed a contract for everlasting youth, extra legs, or whatever.

CRUELLA DE VIL // 101 DALMATIANS
Cruella de Vil is the embodiment of this tangible fear. Her name is literally derived from the words cruel and devil, and she tried to make a giant coat out of dogs' fur. And we loved dogs as kids (and still do)!

Ghostfreak // Ben 10
Ghostfreak is an alien form present in Ben Tennyson’s Omnitrix. His body is gaseous with a white complexion and black stripes running all over him.
While this may sound similar to Casper the friendly ghost, Ghostfreak is nowhere like him. He has an upside-down skull for a face and possesses people.

Lich // Adventure Time

The Lich is a primordial being that is the manifestation of death. It corrupts Sweet P and it can never die since it exists in all the universes.
HIM // The Power puff Girls
A powerful demon who indulges in chaos and destruction. HIM is the big red king of darkness. HIM stands out from the rest of the evil bosses (apart from his looks) because he uses psychological methods rather than physical.
It is terrifying to think of the devil toying with the lives of young girls.
